Terrafin is not a typical real estate agent! We are a Buyer’s agent. Although we present many properties in our site, we do so for the benefit of our existing and future customers.
We take no commission from the seller or their agents. We exclusively defend the interests of the Buyer, and consequently we are fully paid by the Buyer.
Our terms are:
1. upfront fee for research and searching for property which is not included in this site. This fee exists to make sure that we only handle serious enquiries.
2. 3% commission on any purchase of property;
3. consultancy services. Please, ask for a quote.
If you feel that paying to search for property, and to receive advice concerning where, what, when, and if, you shall buy, is too much, then you may decide on your own.
Please, keep in mind that the Seller almost ALWAYS knows more than the Buyer. So, unless you are willing to spend quite a lot of time and money analyzing what you are buying, we advise you use a confident Buyer’s agent to help you through the process.
A bad investment will cost you a lot more than an upfront fee.
